The Pharaohs of Egypt forced the Super Eagles of Nigeria to a 1-1 draw, at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna yesterday, following a late equalizer from Mohammed Salah which now put the Super Eagles of Nigeria in a tight situation ahead of the second clash encounter in Alexandria on Tuesday.
The Super Eagles were still one goal ahead when coach Samson Siasia introduced Victor Moses to probably perform the same wonders the Biblical Moses did while trying to lead the people out of the hand of the Pharaoh of Egypt.
Moses introduction saw lots of changes in the game, and he got an opportunity with an open net from the left flank to bury the ball in the net and put the eagles ahead by two goals.
Unfortunately, Victor Moses could not convert the chance, and this the Eagles paid dearly for, when Mohammed Salah beat an offside trap set by the Eagles defense in the 90th minutes and scored the equalizer goal.
