The title race in the Spanish Laliga continues, with Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid all getting a slim 1-o win to keep their title hopes alive.
Gareth Bale came to the rescue for Real Madrid when he headed in the decisive goal for Zidane’s men in the 80th minutes, keeping their dream alive in the absence of Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Wales international, had rescued Madrid in their last match when he scored twice as Madrid came from two goals down to win 3-2 at Rayo Vallecano last weekend He for the second time delivered Madrid when it mattered, nodding in Lucas Vazquez’s cross at the nick of time.
Atletico Madrid on the other hand was rescued by Griezmann in the 55th minutes when his goal took Simeone’s men to the top of the table for the time being before Barcelona’s victory returned the Catalans back.

Diego Simeone’s assistant German Burgos acted fast by throwing Griezmann and Fernando Torres on and the Frenchman had an instant impact, chesting the ball down and smashing a 20-yard half-volley past a helpless Juan Carlos.
The introduction of Griezmann had Atletico in full stride and he zipped down the right flank before squaring for an open Torres, but the in-form striker took the effort on his weaker left foot and could not beat the keeper.
But one was enough for the fourth game in row, with fixtures against rock-bottom Levante and Celta Vigo to come as the title race goes down to the wire.
