Barcelona Beat 10 Man Atletico Madrid
Barcelona beat Atletico Madrid 2-1 at Camp Nou in the first leg of the quarter final of the UEFA Champions League.

Fernando Torres opened scoring for the visitors in the first half, after he clinically blasted an outside 18-yard box shot which put Atletico ahead with Barcelona being under pressure.

But things went sour soon for the Spanish striker after he was given a matching order for two bookings within a space of seven minutes.
Defending champions Barcelona stepped up their tempo, and mounted so much pressure on their visitors.

The pressure yielded result as Suarez poked in a first goal, before powerfully nodding in a second goal to give the Catalans a 2-1 home victory.
Suarez was however fortunate for not receiving a red card in the first half for kicking Atletico right-back Juanfran.
Both teams will meet again in the second leg at the Vicente Calderon on Wednesday.
Bayern Early Goal Gives Guardiola Men Victory

Pep Guadiola men won Benfica 1-0 in the first leg of the quarter final match at Allianz Arena after Vidal nodded in an early goal in first half of play.
The 1-0 win gives Bayern an advantage as they go to Benfica next week Wednesday .
Although, Bayern were unable to build on their attacking advantage, they struggled to break down a well-organised Benfica.
Benfica could have escaped with a draw when Jonas’ second-half strike was blocked by Javi Martinez.
Bayern, have reached the semi-finals every year since 2012, but they will need to improve in their performance in the second leg if they are to avoid an upset in Portugal.
