Kelechi Iheanacho was the man-of-the match as Manchester City thrashed Stoke City 4-0 at Etihad stadium to move up to the third position in the Premier League table as they prepare ahead of champions league semi-final clash with Real Madrid on Tuesday.
Fernando headed the hosts in front from a corner before a Sergio Aguero penalty which was awarded for Ryan Shawcross’s foul on Kelechi Iheanacho, doubled the lead.
19-year old Kelechi Iheanacho put his name on the score sheet when he added the third goal from close range, then the teenager sent the keeper crawling when he rounded the keeper to seal up victory of Pellegrini men.
Stoke have conceded four goals for the third straight Premier League game.
