Jamie Vardy scored a brace in Leicester City win over Sunderland, to keep the team’s hope of grabbing her first ever premier league title alive.
The match which was played at Stadium of Light, afforded Leicester City the opportunity to remain on top of premier league table with 72 points after 33 matches, and with just five matches left for them to end the season.
The brace also takes Vardy to second position on the top scorers table with 21 goals as he trails Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane who is on top with 22 goals.
Ranieri’s men are getting closer to the title, and are trailed by Tottenham who are second on the table, but are separated with seven points.
