Jurgen Klopp’s men whipped Stoke City 4-1 yesterday to move up on the premier league table.
With an outstanding match still left, Liverpool who are currently on eight position out of 31 matches, and with 48 points, have great chance of still qualifying for Europa.
Liverpool opened scoring in 8′ minutes of play through Moreno, before the visitors equalized in the 22′ minutes making the match more challenging for Klopp’s men.
Sturridge was quick to put the team in lead before half time as he scored the second goal in 32′ minutes.
The second half was an all Origi’s affair who netted a brace in the 50′ and 65′ minutes, confirming the host’s victory over their visitors. The brace was also Origi’s eighth goal for Liverpool in 29 appearances.
