Manchester City will be going all out today to get the maximum three points, as they host Stoke City at Etihad Stadium. The first leg went in favour of Stoke who defeated Pellegrini’s men 2-0.
Manchester City dropped points recently in their away 1-1 draw against Newcastle and will try to ensure that they win today’s match. City who are fourth on the table know the dangers of getting a draw, as they are trailed by their neighbour Manchester United who will look up to such chance to come.
A win for City today will take them to third position, while they await the outcome of Arsenal’s match.
On the other hand, Stoke City who are seated on the ninth position with 47 points will be seeking to also get a win so as to keep them away from Chelsea who are trailing them and will need them to lose so that they can take advantage and win next match.
