According to Sunday Mirror Sport, Manchester City will move to the Far East this summer as part of the £265million deal that made investment giants China Media Capital buy a 13 per cent stake in the club last month.

Manchester City are planning to unveil Pep Guardiola during a pre-season tour in China. Manchester City believes that Guardiola will be installed as manager for a trip that is seen as vital to the club’s ambition to become the favourite team of a nation with a population of 1.35 billion.
