The NFF official twitter handler of the Nigeria Football Federation has confirmed the death of the former Super Eagles coach Amodu Shuaibu.
Amodu passed-on on Saturday, but was complaining on Friday night before going to bed of chest-pain. The former BCC Lions of Gboko manager died at the age of 58.
Unfortunately, Nigerians are still mourning the death of Stephen Keshi, only for another sad news to come barely three days after the death of the former Super Eagles handler Stephen Keshi.
Amodu and Keshi worked hand-in-hand in 2002, as Keshi was his assistant when he qualified Nigeria for the FIFA World Cup in 2002. By doing this, he became the first Nigerian coach to qualify the Super Eagles to the world cup.
His death is a big loss to Nigerian football.
