The Premier League have released a statement confirming that the leaked fixtures lists for the 2016/17 season which seem to have gone virile online and giving fans wrong information is not real.
The document which was circulated online over the weekend, claimed that Manchester United would play Burnley, West Bromwich Albion and Watford in their first three games of the season and face Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City in a two-week period in December.
The Premier League has clarified the document as fake and not in the interest of the English FA.
The match fixtures list for the 2016/2017 season would be officially released on June 15 and would be made available to clubs and fans to enable them know and follow the activities of their respective clubs.
