Manchester United have suffered her second consecutive defeat in all all competitions under Jose Mourinho, after the Old Trafford team lost to Feyenoord 1-0 in Holland.
United lost to Manchester City at Old Trafford on Saturday, and have lost a second match in all competitions to Feyenoord. The Dutch side were seen as underdogs before the match despite being at home.
The last time Feyenoord defeated an English team at home was in November, 1995. Hence, the Portuguese manager has broken the 21-year-old jinx of any English side against the Dutch team in Holland.
Feyenoord broke the goal-drought in the 79th minutes of play, when Vilneha scored the only goal of the match for the home side, the goal ignited rays of hope at the stadium as fans jubilated
The defeat also means that Manchester United have lost four successive European away games in a row, the first time in the history of the club.
