Manchester City are back to the top of the premier league table, after a 1-1 draw at Etihad stadium against visiting Southampton who got a well deserved draw.
The visitors took the lead in the first half, but it was second half substitute Kelechi Iheanacho who salvage Guardiola’s men after netting in the ball in the 55th minutes of play.
The draw makes former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager record his fifth consecutive play without a win for the second time in his coaching career.
Though City made frantic efforts to get a home win, but the goals certainly did not come as the visitors seemed okay with the draw, they were careful not to concede a second goal.
