The duo of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez ensured that Barcelona did not lose any point in the Spanish La Liga title race, as half time strike from both players ensured that the Catalans keep close track of the Spanish La Liga leaders Real Madrid.

Marchin Perez put Sevilla ahead in the first half when he scored in the 15th minutes, the goal ignited joy in the stadium with much pressure now heaped on the visiting side who needed at least a draw to remain second on the table.
