Ozil Insists That Arsenal Must Remain On Top As Gunners Beat Stubborn Ludogorets

Mesut Ozil was on top of his game yesterday night, as he scored a stunning late goal  to ensure that Arsenal gets a win and remain on top of their champions league group table.

The host took the lead in the first 20 minutes of play with an intriguing 2-0 lead, but Arsene Wenger’s men were quick to recover from the lead before half time as Xhaka and Giroud scored one goal each to level up in the game.

Arsene Wenger’s men were being cautious of losing that match, as the fear of Paris Saint-German coming to the top of the table made them find a way of avoiding a draw let alone losing the match.

Arsenal’s goal keeper David Ospina was equal to the task ahead, as he saved two wonderful attempts made by Wanderson before Ozil scored in the 87th minutes to secure his side’s progress into the last 16.

The win extends Arsenal’s  unbeaten run to 15 games in all competitions.
