There was sigh of relief yesterday as Zlatan Ibrahimhovic’s 88th minutes gave Manchester United victory against their host Crystal Palace after a tough play by Jose Mourinho’s men.
The victory is the first back-to-back victory Manchester United would get in the premier league since August 2016, after the duo of Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimhovic forced Unite to victory.
The host seemed to have gotten a point at 1-1 draw, but Pogba’s assist was enough for the Swede to convert the draw situation into winning for United.
Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimhovic were Jose Mourinho’s biggest signings during the summer, and they were left with no other option than to do the needful by rescuing in a match the winning was key.
Zlatan has scored nine goals so far this season.
