Arsene Wenger Salutes Arsenal Fans Despite Calls For Him To Resign

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger described Arsenal fans as “absolutely sensational” after their 2-2 draw with Manchester City, despite further fan protests at the Emirates Stadium according to reports from BBC Sport.

Wenger is currently is under pressure after recording one win in six matches which led to the club’s drop on the Premier League table..

He further stated that”In very difficult moments our fans, at 1-0 down and 2-1 down, could have turned against us but I think they were absolutely sensational to get us through those difficult moments.”

Arsenal secured a 2-2 draw against Manchester City at the Emirate stadium with Goals from Theo Walcott and Shkodran Mustafi after City had taken the lead on two occasions, they still remain sixth on premier league table but still have outstanding two matches.
