Nwagbo who has knack for quality Sport programme confirmed that parishioners and Nigerians generally undermine the importance of walking to the health, and there was a need for the Sports Ministry to put such programme in place so as to enable them reap from the health benefits of the neglected exercise.

Mrs Nwagbo further explained that the exercise would begin by 9am, and participants will be expected to walk from St. Dominic Catholic Church to the Senate building of the University of Lagos, after which they will return to the parish in the same convoy.

The dynamic Sport-loving lady was also quick to call for support and sponsorship on the forthcoming event from corporate individuals and bodies, appealing that it would go a long way in further making the programme a huge success.

The need for individuals to be actively involved in physical exercise gets its Biblical injunction from 1 Timothy 4:8.
