There are strong indications that Phillipe Coutinho will become the next Brazilian to replace Neymar as there are heavy speculations linking Neymar to the French side.
The Mirror reports that efforts made by Liverpool to scare the Spanish giants away from the Brazilian has proved abortive, “after seeing one bid turned down, Barcelona are refusing to go away and look set to come back with another improved offer for the Brazilian star”
The source further reported that former Liverpool star Dean Saunders who commented on this development however urged the Reds to sell Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona if they are offered £100million for his signature.
The Merseyside club are believed to have slapped a £133m price tag in an attempt to scare off the Spanish giants.
Saunders has told the Reds to look at Manchester United’s Juan Mata and Swansea star Gylfi Sigurdsson as suitable replacements if Countinho leaves Anfield before the window closes according to The Mirror.
