Aruna Cruise To Finals of Men Singles After Thrashing India’s Achanta

GOLD COAST: Nigeria's Quadri Aruna has entered the final of the men singles table tennis going on at the Oxenford Studios following a 4-0 victory over India's Sharath Achanta on Saturday April 14th. The win makes him create a last chance for Nigeria to go for their last gold in the championship which is expected to end on Sunday April 15, 2018. Aruna won by 12-10, 11-9, 11-9 and 11-7 to clinch the final spot and will be waiting on the outcome between England and Singapore to know whom to have a date with. Should Aruna win the gold in the final, Nigeria who are currently 8th position on the table will move to 7th position with 9 gold medals.
