Nigeria’s Aruna Quadri has taken his table tennis career to a next level by promoting the Nigerian Language in a video promo released by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) ahead of the 2019 World Championship holding in Budapest, Hungary.
Aruna who is currently Africa’s number one in the ITTF ranking
spoke in Yoruba language in the promo on the quality of his forehand which makes him a threat to opponents on table.
He is one of the top eight players selected across the world for the new
promo released on Wednesday February 20 by the world table tennis body, Quadri
According to the ITTF source: “Quadri Aruna’s t*humping power strokes and terrific topspin are what he is known for, but there’s a lot more than first meets the eye to the reigning African Champion.”
The short video titled “Inside My Mind” is ITTF’s way of exploring the minds of world biggest table tennis stars and the world body described the video as a must-watch for anyone who appreciates the power of video and cinematic film.
