Japan Warned Against Beer Shortage During Rugby World Cup

Japan has been warned to ensure that there is enough beer available when they host the Rugby World Cup later this year from September to November 2019.

The warning came from the organizing committee of the Rugby World Cup in Japan, who reminded the Asia power house of the role their bars and restaurants need to play in making tourists happy during the event the Japanese newswire Jiji reports.

Quarts reported that Some rugby fans have already expressed concerns at the beer situation in Japan.  The Asian side are probably not used to western drinking culture and have been charged to live up to expectations when they host the world late this year.

Japan are now aware that rugby fans are quite unlike tourists of any other kind. Most important among their requirement is beer. Based on the figures from the 2015 edition of the rugby world cup held in England, millions of liters of beer are highly needed.
