National Chairman of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club Rev. Sam Ikpea is set to bury his elder brother.
Ikpea who confirmed the death of his brother via his whatsapp status was in sober mood when contacted by Sports Intelligence Magazine
“I Lost my elder brother” he started. “His death occurred before my very eyes and I have not been myself since the incident”.
When asked what led to the death of the 54-year-old, Ikpea replied “Just a brief illness”
The corpse left Lagos for his hometown in Edo State today Thursday November 15 where further arrangement for his final burial will take place.
According to a burial arrangement released by the family, a Requiem Mass will be said at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ewu on Friday 15th of November. He is also expected to be buried on same day.
Rev. Sam Ikpea who was grieved and could not speak much ended by saying: “My Brother, I have nothing to say than he is gone”.
The entire members of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club and sports family condole with him.
