Pep Guardiola Chase Second FA Cup Title With Man City

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola guided his side to a 1-0 victory against Sheffield Wednesday to keep their hopes of winning a second FA Cup in a row alive.

The victory means City book a date with Newcastle United in the quarterfinal of the tournament, and City will be looking forward to secure a victory considering that Pep is yet to get a victory there.

Pep Guardiola Charges Barcelona To Give Xavi Some Time

Guardiola’s Manchester City who retained the EFL Cup for a third time in a row on Sunday after a 2-1 victory over Aston Villa, are hopeful to replicate same attitude with the FA Cup.

The Spaniard who seems to have given up on the Premier League title, following Liverpool’s runaway approach will do everything possible to win the FA Cup for a second time.

In other matches of the quarterfinal draw, Arsenal will travel to Sheffield United, Norwich City will face either of Derby County or Manchester United, while Leicester City will host Chelsea.

In Europe, City who got a 2-1 away victory against Real Madrid in the first-leg of the Round of 16 will be looking forward to reach the quarterfinal of the tournament at the expense of the Spanish giant.
