Aubameyang became the hero tonight after he became the first African player to captain an FA Cup winning side.

The Gabonese who wore jersey number 14 scored twice as Arsenal won their 14^th FA Cup title inside an almost empty Wembley Stadium.

In the 26′ minutes of play, the Gabonese was brought down in the 18-yard-box. He led by example and converted the spot kick to level up for Gunners before half time.
