Power Lifting World Cup: Nigeria Leads Medal Table In Manchester

Team Nigeria Para-Powerlifters are dictating the pace at the on going Powerlifting world Cup holding in Manchester, Great Britain.

They take the lead with 6 Gold and 3 Silver medals after Day-2 of the Championship. Breakdown of the medals won so far, indicates that 4 Gold  and one Silver were won in the women category while the men  accounted for the remaining 2 Gold and 2 Silver medals.

Nigeria is being trailed by Ukraine, having 2 Gold and 2 Silver medals as at Day-2  of the event while  host Nation, Great Britain is occupying the third position.
