KHARTOUM: The Sudanese team Al- Marikh( Mars) mission headquarters in the Ugandan capital Kampala witnessed a unique event, where the Al-Marikh player Al-Samani Al-Sawy met his brother Saddam Al-Sawy after 28 years .
During his stay in Kampala, Al-Sawy Saad Al-Din, the father of the Al-Marikh player Al-Samani, married a Ugandan woman and had a son Saddam, who remained with his mother after his father separated from her and left back to Sudan
It did not happen that Al-Samani met his brother since his birth, for the fates wanted them to meet on the journey to Mars to Uganda for the first time.
A group of Hajj Al-Sawy’s relatives had met his son Saddam during one of their trips to Uganda, and he communicated with his father and brothers over the phone until Al-Marikh arrived in Kampala a few days ago to meet Al-Samani with his brother amidst joy and tears.
Immediately, Al-Samani began the travel procedures for his brother to take him with him to Sudan so that he could meet his father and brothers and live with them in one place.
… It is really football that brings the distance closer and brings the teams together..
