This was disclosed yesterday exclusively to Sports Intelligence Magazine by the Head Coach of the National Athletics of the Nigeria Police ASP Aliyu Solomon at the Police College in Ikeja Lagos.
Aliyu started by saying: “We will surely encourage them to be part of it”. “ It’s an opportunity for them to check out for other opportunities”.
“We are a force to reckon with in Nigerian Sports”. “Hence, we must take advantage of every opportunities” he added.
"Remember it was a female officer that gave Nigeria her first gold at the Olympics”. “And now here is an opportunity for our females we surely will encourage them” he concluded.
