Africa's representative Esperance Tunis ended their campaign at the FIFA Club World 2019 following a 1-0 defeat in the hands of Al-Hilal.
Esperance Tunis gave a good fight in the game but conceded the only goal of the match in the 73' minutes when former Swansea Striker Bafetimbi Gomis scored to send the Asian side to the semifinal.
Efforts was made by the African side to at least get a goal, but that effort yielded no result as the Asian side escaped with a victory.
Esperance failed to qualify for the semifinal as Al-Hilal now book a semifinal place with South American champion Flamengo.
Their match is expected to take place on Tuesday December 17 in Doha.
