Chelsea have been officially freed to spend in the forthcoming January transfer window following an appeal decided by the Court of Arbitration for Sports.
The Blues were initially banned by FIFA for two seasons, but CAS halved the two window ban.
Earlier decision was that Chelsea should be prevented from adding any new player to their squad until the summer of 2020. But with this judgment, the situation is reversed.
