The Deaf male national football team of Nigeria (Deaf Eagles of Nigeria) are set to resume camping in Lagos soon.

This was disclosed to Sports Intelligence Magazine by head coach and technical director of the team Coach Kamiludeen Banjo. Banjo said the camping is expected to start from August 20 and 21 in Lagos. "We are preparing for the 1st African Deaf Football Championship / Deaflympics qualifier in Kenya from 11--25th September" he started. "And countries who finish 1st, 2nd,3rd and 4th, position will represent Africa and the continent in Deaflympics games (Equivalent of Olympics) in Brazil by December 2021". "There is no time and we need to do our best in preparation so that we qualify for the event" he concluded.
