The event which is tagged “No Excuse-Full Body Workout” will hold at the Handball Court of the Dan Anyiam Stadium from 7am.
Speaking exclusively with Sports Intelligence Magazine, the Chairman of the Sports Committee Mr. Ike Ogbonna revealed that all is set to make the event hold.
“We are ready for the event” Ogbonna started. "All plans are on ground to ensure that Imo Stars and all get the best”.

“The free BP and Weight Check will be provided by him and his team, and it’s a huge boost for the event”.
When prompted if the programme will be restricted to members of the Alumni, Mr. Ogbonna was swift to note that all members are free to come with their partners and benefit from the exercise.
He called on all to take advantage of the facilities provided by the committee and check on their health status while still taking part in the exercise programme.
He also added that Stars who are not based in Imo but come in for one activity are also free to come around and be part of the event.
Aside, the Sporting exercise, the environment also provides opportunity for business network among members .
