Tottenham Hotspur handed Ajax an astonishing thriller defeat to reach their first ever final in the champions league.

Tottenham had to comeback from a 135 minutes 3-0 lead. Emanating from a first-leg 2-0 win and a second-leg first-half lead against Youthful Ajax, to score three goals in 45 minutes and write a new history for themselves.

Aside reaching their first ever finals, Spurs also made England's history in style. England reached their second One-nation final in the UEFA Champions League after making their first in 2008 when Chelsea and Manchester United first made that history.

Ajax were youthful, skillful and appeared more determined after eliminating defending champions Real Madrid in the round of 16.

But it was the brilliance of Spurs that saw them through and they owe a lot of thanks to Lucas Moura who scored his first ever Champions League hat-trick to help his side.

Tottenham will now be at Madrid on June 1 to have a feel of their first ever final in the champions league against former European Champions Liverpool.
