The maiden edition of the Mbaise Nations Cup is set to begin with an opening ceremony scheduled to hold on Saturday December 4, 2020 at the CMS field Nkwogwu.
According to the Project Director Mr. Wisdom Anyanwu who spoke with Sports Intelligence Magazine, he stated that all is set, and accreditation of players and teams will commence on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at the Trans Amadi Hotel Resort. All interested teams will be expected to complete registration on or before December 2nd, 2020
Aside the accreditation, there is also going to be the grouping of teams and draws for the fixtures.
He also confirmed that about 15 teams will be expected to take part in the tournament only sons of Mbaise will play in the tournament.
