Ghanaian National team coach Milovan Rajevac has reacted to the exit of the Black Stars of Ghana from the Africa Cup of Nations holding in Cameroon after Comoros bundled his side out of the tournament.

The Serbian who spoke after the dramatic 2-3 edging of Black Stars from lowly rated Comoros was reported by Cafonline.com to say: "I came to Ghana to qualify the team for the World Cup. That is my primary target. I will stay and lead the team in the March play-offs.” Ghana are out of the championship for the first time since 2006, failing to win a single match in the group stage and recording just a single point under the Serbian. It was the same Serbian who led Ghana to reach their first ever quarterfinal stage at the World Cup in South Africa 2010. Since accomplishing that feat, the Black Stars have failed to make a positive impact at the global stage of the world's most followed sporting competition. Ghana who are in Pot 2 of the World Cup play-offs will face one of the teams in Pot 1 which includes Nigeria, Senegal, Morocco, Tunisia or Algeria.
