The World Athletics have sent a notice reminding written press and photographers of deadlines for the application of the media accreditation for the Belgrade 2022 and Oregon 2022 which comes up this year. The notice reads:

Written press journalists and photographers wishing to cover the World Athletics Indoor Championships Belgrade 22 to be held on 18-20 March 2022 and the World Athletics Championships Oregon22 to be held on 15-24 July 2022 can now register for accreditation. In order to access the World Athletics online media accreditation system, written press journalists and photographers will need a specific access code. If you wish to attend and do not have an access code, please contact your national athletics federation. For World Athletics Championships, media country quotas are applied. The World Athletics online accreditation system for the World Athletics Indoor Championships Belgrade 22 can be reached here: wasaccreditation.net/belgrade22/mediahome.aspx Press accreditation deadline: 18 February 2022 The World Athletics online accreditation system for the World Athletics Championships Oregon22 can be reached here: wasaccreditation.net/oregon22/mediahome.aspx Press accreditation deadline: 25 March 2022 Official media accommodation requests can be submitted through the media accreditation systems. Note: all media accommodation requests will be processed and invoices will be issued after the accreditation application approval. All media are also asked to read the medical clearance protocol for each event.
