YOUTH SPORTS MEDIA EVENT

The Program

This program brings a Talent Search and Develop Initiative to Secondary schools in Africa for the sports content creation category. It is a support to the education of our Youths. It is an initiative intended to give students the opportunity to explore their enthusiasm, curiosity and creative abilities thereby expanding their mental capacity.

The aim of the event is to develop talents in Sports Writing, Sports Photography, and Sports Broadcasting. Students are expected to explore their potentials in any of these areas through argumentative, expository, narrative, and descriptive writings and then make presentations on Sports related issues. The Sports writing category intends to help the student develop their writing skills, the Sports Broadcast intends to help them build their confidence in public speaking, while the Sports photography aims at helping them become creators of quality visual contents in sporting sphere.

The language of the competition is English, however, students who wish to take part in the Sports broadcast category can do so in any of the Nigerian languages including pigeon English.

This program is starting with Schools in Lagos State. We are looking for the next big names in the world of sports content.
